The Dallas Cowboys and wide receiver Michael Gallup have agreed to a five-year deal worth $62.5 million to keep him in Dallas. The deal comes a day after Dallas traded wide receiver Amari Cooper to the Cleveland Browns for a 2022 fifth-round pick.
The 26-year-old Gallup will now be the No. 2 receiver along with CeeDee Lamb, who is the Cowboys’ No. 1 wide receiver. Gallup had 35 receptions for 445 yards and two touchdowns in the 2021 season before missing the remainder of the season with a torn ACL.
