Victoria is a veteran of the mental health field and has worked with individuals of all ages during her more than 30 year career. She received her BA om psychology before completing her Masters in Education at the University of North Carolina – Charlotte.  

Currently,  Victoria is devoted to her efforts as the Founder and Current Treasurer of WindHorse Health Arts Centr, a non-profit offering education, workshops, and referrals for Alternative Medicine services. Her wide breadth of knowledge and experience includes work in crisis intervention, Critical Incident Stress Management, at-risk children and families, eating disorders, and as a wellness and life coach for individuals. Until 2014, she operated her own private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor in West Virginia. 

As a Consultant, Ms. Weisiger has been offering Needs Assessments, Program Design and Implementation, and Training Programs for over 30 years.  Her partial client list includes Allstate Insurance, Gatlin Juvenile Diagnostic Center, Charlotte Fire Department, Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceutical Company,  Bluefield College, Mercer County Board of Education,  Bluefield State College, WVVA Television network, and Bland County Medical Center. 

 Because of her background in crisis intervention, Ms. Weisiger has offered her expertise in designing organizational programs to address Stress Management and Burnout.  Additionally, Retreats for Strategic Planning and Team Building have been provided.   She is invested in assisting organizations prevent Sexual Harassment/Harassment through consulting through the development of policies, procedures, and Management/Employee Training  to ensure a safe and respectful workplace for all employees.
